WINDER - Arthur "Mack" Sisk, 90, died Thursday, June 25, 2009.
Born in Banks County, he was the son of the late Henry and Minnie Moss Sisk. He was a member of the Line Baptist Church in Banks County, was retired after 40 years of service from Chambers Music, and was a veteran having served in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Sisk was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Lucille Pritchett Sisk; brothers, Laymon Sisk, William Sisk, Aururn Sisk, Ted Sisk, Cecil Sisk and Seaborn Sisk.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Sisk, Winder; special nephews and families, Allen and Susan Pritchett, Gainesville, Will and Debra Pritchett, Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; grandchildren, Tyler and Erin Pritchett, Gainesville, Ben and Mackenzie Pritchett, Mt. Juliet, Tenn., Benjamin and Callie Nolen, Louisville, Ky.; great-grandchildren, Baylor, Camden and Soleil Pritchett, Mt. Juliett, Tenn., Asher Nolen, Louisville, Ky.; bothers, Joe Sisk, Marietta, and Gene Sisk, McCloud, Calif.; sisters, Blattice English, Flowery Branch, Eunice Cotton, Lula; sisters-in-law, Rose Lee Parker, Oakwood, Estelle Whitfield, Gainesville, and Moderee Sisk, Homer.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 26, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Banks County. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
