DAHLONEGA - Vicky Abernathy Pass, 36, formerly of Hoschton, died Sunday, June 21, 2009.
Born on December 28, 1972, she was the daughter of Glenn and Donna Everett Abernathy of Hoschton, and mother, Linda Holman Primer, Clearwater, Fla. She was a 1991 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, was a hairdresser, and a member of Collins Hill Baptist Church in Lawrenceville. Mrs. Pass was preceded in death by grandparents, Ralph and Dean Holman and Henry and Marvene Burel Abernathy.
Survivors in addition to her parents, include a son, Justin Pass, Hoschton; daughters, Megan Pass, Hoschton, and Holly Davis, Dahlonega; brothers and sister-in-law, Alan Abernathy, Florida, and Michael and Katie Abernathy; nephew, Benjamin Michael Abernathy, Statham; sister and brother-in-law, Jamie and Bobby McKnight, Winder; grandparents, Bernice and Evelyn Everett, Buford; and several, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 26, at 11 a.m., at Collins Hill Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, with the Rev. Billy Driskell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 24, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, June 25, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, is in charge of arrangements.
