JEFFERSON – Manfred Webb, 45, died Monday, June 15, 2009.
Born in St. Louis, Mo., he was the son of Melvin Webb and stepmother Marilyn Webb of Winder and the late Marianne S. Webb. He was a member of VFW Post 1187 and American Legion Post 53. He served in the Army National Guard and was a mechanic for the United States Government. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin S. Webb.
Survivors include his wife, Kendra Webb, Jefferson; sons, Christian S. Webb and Alexander Webb, both of Winder, and Dade Pelfrey, Jefferson; a daughter, Heidi Botelho, Colonia Heights, Va.; grandchildren, Haden and Mathilde Botelho; sister, Melisa Webb, Winder; one niece; and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 19, at 2 p.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Donnie Pennington officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
