‘Mikie’ Bullard

WINDER – James “Mikie” Michael Bullard, 28, died Sunday, June 14, 2009.

Born in Italy, he was the son of Jim Bullard of Commerce and Fran Bullard of Winder. He was a member of the Bethlehem First Baptist Church, was a corporal with the Clarke County Fire Department, a realtor with Maynard and Bartlett Realty, and a member of the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce. He was a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School and was active in many sports, including football, wrestling and track.

Survivors include his wife, Brittany Lynn Burney Bullard, Winder; sons, Parker and Lane Bullard, Winder; a daughter, Madilyn Bullard, Winder; grandparents, Mrs. Chris Trevino, Holland, Mich., and Mrs. Joyce Enyart, Indiana; brothers, Jose Maldonado, Winder, and Jamie Maldonado, Gainesville; sister, Toni Maldonado, Holland, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 18, at 11 a.m., at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Mike Peavey officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
