Mark Daniels

WINDSOR, S.C. – Mark Donald Daniels, 33, died Monday, June 8, 2009.

Born in Escambia, Fla., on May 19, 1976, he was the son of Marlyn Ray Daniels and the late Helen Marie Day Daniels. He was of the Baptist denomination and enjoyed fishing, swimming and other water activities. He also enjoyed spending time with the family and his dog, Lexi, loved ones stated.

Survivors in addition to his father and step mother, Ray and Claudia Daniels of Cornelia, include a twin brother, Matthew Daniels, Windsor, S.C.; brothers, Bo Daniels, Stacey Daniels and Michael Hamilton, all of Cornelia; sisters, Faith Allen and Keysha Hamilton, both of Cornelia, Marsha Daniels, Clarkesville, and Tami Gailey, Winder; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many close friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 13, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of McGahee-Griffin Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Level Grove Cemetery, The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday.
