HOSCHTON - Edith Hornig, 70, died Wednesday, June 3, 2009.

She was a former resident of New York and had resided here for the past eighteen years. Mrs. Hornig was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Hornig.

Survivors include children and spouses, Kelly and Don Merrill, Winder, Adele and Mike Shannon, Auburn, Richard and Amy Dana, Fulton, NY, and Kevin Dana, Oswego, NY; friend, Isaac “Junior” Bentley, Winder; and fourteen grandchildren.

Burial services will be held in Fulton, New York at a later date.

Carter Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
