EASTANOLLEE – James Harrison Haynes, 57, died Wednesday, May 27, at Stephens County Hospital.

Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late James H. Haynes and Josie Arnold Powell.

Survivors include a brother, Dan Haynes, Jefferson; sisters, Nancy Haynes, Commerce, and Vickie Kent, Pendergrass; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m., at the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Maysville, with the Rev. Swayne Carlan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, May 29, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
