Mary Crider

A native of Abbeville, S.C., she formerly lived in Daytona Beach, Fla. And was the daughter of the late John Robert and Lois Armethine Pearman Wilson. She was a member of the Winder First Baptist Church and was retired from the County of Volusia Fire Services and Sheriff’s Office. After moving to Winder, she worked for Strickland, Chestnut and Lindsay.

Survivors include son, Chip Crider and wife, Lisa; children, Michael, Sheyanne and Nicole, Greenwood, S.C.; daughter, Jan Gibson and husband, Mark, and daughter, Michelle, Winder; brother, Wallace Wilson, Abbeville, S.C.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 20, at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. John Talley officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
