JEFFERSON—Charles “William” Clark, 62, died May 17, 2009.
A native of Barrow County, he was the son of the late Bernice L. and Bertie L. Kimbrell Clark. He was a self-employed truck driver. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wade Clark.
Survivors include a son, Paul Clark, and wife, Sarah, Gadsden, Ala.; daughters, Donna Esco and husband, Tim, Winder, and Selena Joy and husband, Shay, Dawsonville; step-children, Stan Allen, Chris Allen, Eddie Allen, Danny Allen and Tammy Kellum; sisters, Marsha Webb, Greenwood, Ind., Evelyn Sturdivant, Acworth, Margaret Williams and Dian Allison, Choctaw, Okla., and Merry Ruth Bean, Stone Mountain; and nine grandchildren.
The funeral was Tuesday, May 19, at Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Donnie Pennington officiating. Burial was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
