Mrs. Louise Ash Maddox, 86, Pendergrass, died on Thursday, May 14, 2009.
Mrs. Maddox, born in Hall County, was a daughter of the late, Henry Ash and the late, Nora Reed Ash. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Maddox was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Maddox; and sons, Wayne and Jimmy Campbell.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law: Ann and Randall Shaw, Pendergrass; daughter: Donna Blackwell, Oakwood; sisters, Sarah Smith, Doris Williamson, Lillie Mae Campbell, and Carolyn Hamrick, all of Gainesville; grandchildren, Pam Pittman, Chris Worley, Mike Worley, Jeff Worley and Greg Worley; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, May 16, 2009, from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Worley and Rev. Greg Worley officiating. Pallbearers were Kenneth Shaw, Harold Shaw, Lengrin Maddox, C.H. Campbell, Leon Pittman and Bradley Pittman. Burial was in the Walnut Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
