PENNSYLVANIA – Daniel Gorman Mullaney, 44, died Sunday, May 3, 2009, at his sister’s home in Giddings, Texas.
Born on June 8, 1964, in Philadelphia, Penn., he was the son of Francis John of New Holland, Pa., and Bernadette (Gorman) Mullaney Watson of Athens. He was a laboratory technician having been employed in the medical field for many years before retiring to assist in the care of his father. Mr. Mullaney was preceded in death by an aunt, Margaret Peterman, who was like a second mother to him.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include his wife, Lauren Goodwin Mullaney, Narvon, Pa.; son, Daniel John Mullaney, Narvon, Pa.; daughter, Jessica Lynne Mullaney, Ephreta, Pa.; sisters, Suzanne and Rusty David, Nicholson, and Joanne Mullaney and Richard Dunivant, Giddings, Texas; and a niece, Emily Grace David, Nicholson.
Memorial services are scheduled for a later date in New Holland, Pa. The family also had a private service in Giddings, Texas.
