WINDER - James M. “Jim” Malosh, 69, died Friday May 1, 2009.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Elmer and Dorothy Wright Malosh. He was preceded in death by a son, Carl Cooney; and sister, Lucy Robinson. Mr. Malosh was owner operator of Jim’s Lawn Sprinkler Company.
Survivors include daughters, Debbie Jones, Dacula, Leda Keyes, Franklin, Ind., Christine Ryans and Regina Wright, both of Kingston, Ind., Gail Campbell, Winder, and Christy Bentley, Buford; sons, James Purkey, Denver, Colo., Brian Malosh, Winder, and David Malosh, Kingston , Tennessee; 26 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Monday, May 4, at 8 p.m., from Smith Memory Chapel with the Rev. Duke Forrester officiating. Burial will be Tuesday, May 5, at 4 p.m. at Poplar Springs Church Cemetery, Kingtson, Tenn.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, May 4, from 6 to 8 p.m.
