COMER – Nora Lucille Parham, 98, died Friday, April 10, 2009.
A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Lee and Imogene Jones Beusse. She was a seamstress and was a member of Meadow Baptist Church, where she had a perfect attendance for 35 years. Mrs. Parham was proceeded in death by her husband, William Claud Parham; son, Donald Clinton Parham; daughters, Annette and Christine Parham.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Gene (Sylvia) Parham, Joe Parham, Larry (Dianne) Parham; daughters and sons-in-law, Laquita (Calvin) Bridges, Kathryn (James) Tolbert, 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 13, at Meadow Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Sarna officiating. Burial was in Meadow Cemetery.
Brown Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
