HOMER – Raleigh Raulerson, 78, died Saturday, April 25, 2009, at his residence, following an extended illness.
Survivors include his wife, Sara Raulerson, Homer; daughters, Dalene Irby, Augusta, Debra Palmer, Clayton, Janet Raulerson, and Penny Mickler, all of Homer; brothers, Floyd “Shorty” Raulerson and Pete Raulerson, both of Thomasville; sisters, Estelle Latimer, Thomasville, and Lucille Sarber, Orlando, Fla., 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 28, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Mickler officiating. Burial will be in the Nails Creek Cemetery.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
