NICHOLSON – Connie Lynn Lester Richardson, 46, died Thursday, April 16, 2009, at St. Mary’s Hospice House.
Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of Hazel Pittman Lester of Nicholson and the late James Curtis Lester. She was employed as a store clerk and was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Richardson.
Survivors in addition to her mother include brothers, Mike Lester, Greensboro, David Lester and Marshall Lester, both of Nicholson; sister, Tonya Lester, Nicholson; and a special friend, Tim Worley, Athens.
Memorial services were held Sunday, April 19, at New Harmony Baptist Church with the Revs. Billy Pittman and Joe Brook officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
