Diane L. Muise, 59, of Auburn, died Monday, June 9, 2008.
She was born on May 15, 1949, the daughter of the late Rev. Elmer Lee and Lutrelle Patterson Branyon of Commerce. She was a graduate of Madison County High School in Danielsville. She was a professional gospel singer traveling extensively on the east coast from Prince Edward Island, Canada, to the Florida Keys and as far west as Illinois. Many were blessed and touched by her songs and storytelling in concert and will be missed by all, loved ones added.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Leo G.J. Muise; a daughter, Linda Muise, Auburn; sons, David Muise, Costa Rica, Michael Muise, Auburn, Maine, and Marc Muise, Tampa, Fla.; granddaughters, Christina and Morgan Kirk, Auburn; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Donna and Marvin Woodson, Mesquite, Texas, and Denise and Jerry Smith, Greene, a brother and sister-in-law, Jonathan and Pamela Branyon, Greenwood, S.C.; and nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephew and many aunts and cousins.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 13, at 1 p.m., at the Court Street Baptist Church with Pastor David Clark officiating. Burial will be private at a later date. Memorial visitation will be Friday, June 13, at 11 a.m., at Court Street Baptist Church, 129 Court St., Auburn, until the time of services.

omg i remember diane i use to spend nights with her many moons ago :( im so sorry to hear and read this GOD BLESS YOU ALL HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU please my prayers are with you
