JEFFERSON- Aloise E. Cochran McNichols, 62, died Monday, February 9, 2009.
Born in Parkersburg, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late, George Newell and Doris McDonald Cochran. She retired as a district level manager with AT&T after 30 years of service, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include her husband, Carl McNichols, Jefferson; a son, Stephen Anthony “Tony” Greathouse, Savannah; daughter, Catherine Elizabeth McNichols, Jefferson; granddaughter, Olivia Catherine Greathouse; sisters, Catherine A. Frame, Orange Park, Fla., and Doris M. “Dodie” Brannon, Athens.
Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, February 12, from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evans Memory Gardens, Jefferson. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.
