‘Connie’ Teal

BETHLEHEM - Constance ‘Connie’ Marie Teal, 62, died Friday, January 30, 2009.

Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Hall and the late Bernice Lee Segars, and was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Teal was the manager of Big B Drug Store for twenty five years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Peewee” Teal.

Survivors include sons Jerry Russel Brewer, Winder, Tracey Ralph Brewer, Steven Vance Teal and James Dustin Teal, all of Bethlehem; daughter, Patricia Teal Bidinger, Colbert; grandchildren Andrew Russel Flynt, Kayla Leanna Flynt, Miranda Sue Bidinger, Charles Jonah Bidinger, Layla Marie Teal and Brandon Brewer; great-grandchildren, Joy Flynt and Alexis Flynt.

Funeral services were held Sunday, February 1, at Smith Memory Chapel, with the Rev. Marion Prather officiating. Burial was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
