Helen Ruth Bone, 86, of Braselton, died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, following an extended illness.
She was a native of Fulton County, a lifelong resident of Metro Atlanta, and a member of Belmont Baptist Church in Conyers. Mrs. Bone was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Bone Sr.; and an infant son, Charles Allen Bone.
Survivors include sons, Cliff Bone Jr. and Ronnie Bone, both of Braselton; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Ron Strickland, Hoschton; grandchildren, Jason Strickland, Amanda Plunkett, Kimberly Vickrey, Tina Jones, Cristy Roberts and Gary Whenman; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert B. Kelley.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 12, at 11 a.m., Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Bone officiating. Burial will be in Green Meadow Memorial Gardens in Conyers. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 11, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
