Paula Walden

Paula Ann Fields Walden, 52, of Jefferson, died Friday, June 6, 2008.

Born in Barrow County on August 13, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Billy Ray and Annie Geneva Gee Fields. She was a homemaker and was Baptist.

Survivors include daughters, April Smith, Ila, and Kimberly Moore, Hull; a son, Billy Ray Hawkes, Jefferson; sisters, Karen Fields and Susie Fields, both of Lula, Robin Parsons, Athens, and Tammy Johnson, Beachlake, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, June 10, in the chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Palmer Pace officiating.

McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home, Cornelia, was in charge of arrangements.
