Johnny Brock

ALTO – Johnny Gordon Brock, 53, died Sunday, January 18, 2009, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Floyd J. Brock and the late Lucy Robinson Brock. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include sons, Chris Brock, Mt. Airy, Jeremy Brock, Alto; daughter, Carla Ayers, Alto; brother, Bobby Brock, Maysville; sisters, Gladys Croy and May Belle Brock, both of Commerce, Carrina Gailey, Homer; five grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 21, in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Revs. John Mark Hunter and Stanley O’Kelley officiating.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
