Martha Wiley

CARNESVILLE – Martha T. Wiley, 82, died Friday, January 16, 2009, at BJC Hospital in Commerce.

Born in Morgan County, she was the daughter of the late Berry Wesley and Minnie Lawrence Tatum. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jan W. Moor.

Survivors include her husband, James L. Wiley, Carnesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Pam Wiley, Commerce, Jimmy and Terri Wiley, Carnesville; daughter, Melissa John Beatty, Homer; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services held Sunday, January 18, at the Nails Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Dwayne Eller officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
