PENDERGRASS – Robert Daniel “Robbie” Gasaway Jr., 28, died Thursday, January 15, 2009, at his residence.
Born in Orlando, Fla., he was the son of Robert Daniel Gasaway Sr. of Pendergrass and Debra Kimbrell of Commerce.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include daughters, Audrey Gasaway, Sylvester, and Daniell Gasaway, Braselton; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Ashley Gasaway, Commerce; grandparents, Betty Ann Gasaway, Pendergrass, Melvin Fechther, Nocona, Texas, and Beverly Fechther, Orlando, Fla.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 20, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.

I have known Robbie for a very long time. Another mutual friend of ours passed away a few years back and now he is gone. I would like to send my condolences to the family. I know this is a very hard time in their lives. My prayers are with you all.
