PENDERGRASS – Ronald Seth Mathis, 53, died Thursday, January 15, 2009.
He was in parts delivery in the construction industry and was a member of Talmo Baptist Church. He was a veteran, having served in the United States Navy.
Survivors include step-children, Vera Bateman, Talmo, Vicky Allen, Wyoming, Valerie Bruce, Pendergrass; sister, Becky Callahan, Gainesville; brother, Roy Mathis, Talmo, James Mathis, Winder, Ray Mathis, Gainesville; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 19, in the Talmo Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Spence officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
