WINDER – Carlton Henry Bremer Jr., 84, died Friday, January 16, 2009.
Born in Utica, N.Y., he was the son of the late Carlton Bremer Sr. and Helen W. Bremer. He served as president of the Atlanta Textile Club in 1961, and was a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., with a BA in business. Mr. Bremer was preceded in death by a brother, William Bremer.
Survivors include his wife, Karen M. Bremer, Winder; son and daughter-in-law, Carlton H. “Hank” Bremer III and Kathy Bremer, Atlanta; daughters and son-in-law, Beverly W. Bremer, Margaret and Jerry Woodruff, all of Atlanta; step-son, Tim Moran and wife, Kristi, Pueblo, Colo.; step-daughter, Karen Fullerton and husband, West, Suwanee; grandchildren, Grace Woodruff, Davis Woodruff and Taylor & Hunter Bremer; step-grandchildren, Kellie Pepitone, Kevin Hewitt Kaleigh Moran, Lindsay Moran, Charlie Moran, Kelsey Moran; and step-great-grandchildren, McKenzie and Reese Pepitone.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m., at St. Mary & St. Martha of Bethany, Buford, with Father Timothy Watts officiating.
