WINDER - Addie Jane Skelton, 77, died Sunday, January 18, 2009.
Born in Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late Ronald V. House and Mildred Hartley House Haymon. A member of the Nazareth United Methodist Church, she was retired from the Empire Manufacturing Company. Mrs. Skelton was preceded in death by her husband, Otis E. Skelton.
Survivors include step-son, Tim Skelton, Bethlehem; brother, William Haymon, Brunswick; sister, Diane Hardy, Monroe; care giver, Helen Casper; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 21, at 2 p.m., at the Nazareth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Hugh Shirley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.
